PAYMENTs
We accept major credit cards and e-checks via Paypal. We also accept personal checks, money orders and cashiers checks. Items will be held for 7 days after notification that you are mailing payment. After that time the item will be relisted.
SHIPPING
We use the USPS for shipping. Most items are shipped via Priority Mail. Small, lightweight items may be shipped via First Class Mail. Books and magazines are shipped in a padded envelope via Media Mail. Media Mail sometimes takes a few days more than First Class, but for heavy books the cost savings is well worth the wait. Any item can be upgraded to Express Shipping if you need it in a hurry. Contact me for shipping quote at thetreasurehutch@kc.rr.com .
Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days. If you need next day shipping please e-mail us at thetreasurehutch@kc.rr.com. We will do whatever we can to accomodate you!

CUSTOMS FORMS

We do fill out the required customs forms when shipping internationally. We will not mark your item as a gift, so please do not ask us to. We use the amount of your purchase, less shipping/handling, as the amount marked on the customs form.
RETURN INFORMATION
We offer full refunds for any item that has been misrepresented, or if you are unhappy with your purchase. Please contact us before returning any item. Items must be returned in the same condition as they arrived in. Returns must be packaged as well as they were we shipped them to you. Once the item has been returned, we will process your refund. If the item was misrepresented, we will refund shipping/handling. Other returns will be processed for the amount of the item only.
